At Tru Colors Salon, providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every single appointment is our top priority. All of our hair services are non refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know right away. We'll do our best to make any adjustments while your here, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love. We will give 3 business days to call with any adjustments needed after your service and 7 business days to make an appointment for additional adjustments needed. 

For health and safety reasons, our products can only be returned for a full refund if they are unopened and unused within 7 days of purchase. A product that has been used can be exchanged within 7 days for something that better meets the clients needs. We understand that getting the right products for your hair care is important, and we will do our best to help you find one that works for you.
